Refund policy

We operate a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions or Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods and custom products (like special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period within the European Union
For orders shipped within the European Union, a statutory 14-day cooling-off period applies. This means you can cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags, and in the original packaging. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will automatically refund your payment via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
