Orders

Ordering via our webshop is simple, fast, and safe. Ordering takes place in a secure environment, you can check the lock left of the URL in your browser. If the lock is not there, please reload the website otherwise, the transaction is not safe.

After placing the desired products in the shopping cart, you must go through the ordering procedure and fill in a number of mandatory fields. As soon as we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us.

We will keep you informed about the process on your account page and through email. As soon as the package is shipped, you will receive a track & trace code from your chosen carrier, and the code will also be visible in your order details.

In our webshop we provide several payment methods;

  • Paypal – If none of the mentioned payments can be used you can always use Paypal as we accept all options from Paypal
  • Credit card / debit card
  • Bank transfer – Transfer the amount directly to our bank account.

Website security

To be sure that the payments are secure, you need to check the left of our website URL, where you will see a lock. When you click on the lock, your should see a certificate that is issued by MMABeauty.eu 

This certificate shows that the connection between you and our website and the systems running in the background are secured and encrypted. This way, no personal information (bank, address, phone, etc.) can be gathered during checkout.

  • We will then try to solve your issue within 1 hour during business hours. After working hours the response might be a little longer but still has a maximum of 12 hrs.
