All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays.

If you order before 16:00 CET on Monday until Friday, your order will be sent the same day (not applicable on public holidays).
Orders placed after 16:00 will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Sunday and shipped the next business day.

Orders above €65 will have free shipping to all locations. Orders below €65 will have a standard shipping price of a minimum of €4,95 per order, depending on the carrier you choose.

We will estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. Please note: Estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only and may not be available depending on shipment details. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability. The dates provided are estimates and subject to change, and they do not apply to PO Boxes.

Delivery outside Europe

We offer DHL Express and PostNL services for international orders. Where available, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Delivery through DHL: We can guarantee delivery within 3 business days. PostNL is our standard delivery option, but it can take up to 15 business days before being delivered.

Applicable import duties, taxes, and fees are calculated in your selected currency at checkout.

All orders will be shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal and public holidays within the Netherlands.

Customs declaration

For ‘European Union goods’ leaving the EU, we will submit an export declaration to Dutch Customs.

European Union goods are goods in free circulation within the EU, and therefore, if you order within the EU, we will not submit an export declaration.

Costs arising from the customs of the receiving country will be borne by the recipient. MMA cannot bear these costs, as we have no insight into any costs for countries outside the European Union
