Do I need an account to place an order?
You don’t need an account to place an order with us. Its only when you have an account that communication and updates about your order are faster. Further, with an account, you can get special discounts.
I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
If you lost your password, select the account icon, and on the login page, you will see the option “Lost password“. When you select it, provide your username or email, and the system will send you a link to reset your password.
How do I place an order?
Search for the item you want to buy and click “add to cart“. When done shopping, go to your cart in upper right corner and select "checkout.” The system will bring you to the checkout page, where you can complete your details for shipping and payment. When completed, you will receive an email with your order ID.
Where can I find details about the product?
For every beauty and makeup product, we have created a section where you can find information about the article and advice on how to use it. This information can be found on the product page. Select the product by clicking on the photo or the name of the product. Scroll down to look for the description section.
Can I order by phone?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to place an order by phone. Our systems are designed to complete the process automatically to reduce the risk of mistakes.
Can I cancel or change my order?
As long as the process is not completed yet, which you can check with Track Order on your account page, you are able to make changes to your order.
It is always possible to cancel an order when it has not shipped yet. If it was shipped and you received a track and trace code, you can ask the selected carrier to return it to the sender when they deliver it to the shipping address. When the package has been received at our office, we will refund you as described in our return and refund policy.
Payments and Pricing
Which currency can I use to pay?
The standard currency we use is Euros (€). The system will determine from which location you’re shopping and will ask you if you want to order with your local currency. This will only be done in currencies we accept, which are:

When will you charge my credit card?
We will do a pre-check on the credit card when you checkout, and when the order is sent out for delivery, the card will be charged for the amount visible in the order confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?
The following payment methods are available to complete your order:
- Most credit cards
- Bancontact, iDeal or GiroPay
- Sofort or Debit Card
- Klarna or Bank transfer
- Paypal or Shop Pay
- Google Pay or Apple Pay
Only for large orders do we accept payments on account.
We are still working to add more payment methods, but it takes time to finalize contracts with the banks and financial institutes.
Are my personal details safe?
Because we are based in the Netherlands, we have to comply with the EEC rules and regulations when it comes to the safety of personal details. This means we are compliant with the GDPR rules and regulations.
As a customer, you have the right to request the details we have stored in our database, and you have the full right to send us a request to remove all the details we have stored, as also mentioned in our terms & conditions and privacy policy.

Can I be sure this shop is real??
We are a registered company with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce and are known under ID 72954892.
We are a subsidiary of NKMB Holding, and our office is located at Europalaan 2, 5232 BC, 's-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands.
Our statutes can be requested from the Chamber of Commerce.
Do you allow reviews?
If you have purchased any of our products, you are able to write a review about the products, our process, our support, and/or how we helped in case of any complaints.
All the reviews you will see on our website are from real customers, and there will be no censorship unless the text that is used is in violation of our terms and conditions, meaning that it is discriminatory in any way, uses vulgar words, makes threats against employees of our company, uses marketing for other companies, uses private data, or is on a personal or business nature.
Do you have a Pro Account for Makeup Artists?
Currently, we do not have a pro discount for makeup artists, but we are working on it to introduce a pro account in the near future. The best way to stay informed is to sign up for our newsletter by leaving your email at the bottom of our pages in the right corner.
Do you have a store?
We don't have our own store but we do have the possibility of picking up orders at our office location in the Netherlands.
Further our products can be found in a few beauty and cosmetics stores throughout the globe.
