If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days. We’ll process your refund for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges as soon as we receive it. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank account or credit card.

  • When you return your purchase to MMA within 30 days of the purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s).
  • We can’t accept returns or issue refunds after 30 days unless you have a Pro Account with us, then its 180 days.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM(S)

We made sending a return very easy. Go to the following website of DHL Return website  Where you can choose to drop off your return shipment at a DHL ServicePoint or opt for a pick-up by a DHL courier. Or you can choose to use your local carrier with track & trace.

If you choose a service point, you decide where and when you deliver the return. First, choose send shipment’, then all ServicePoints in your area will appear, and you can choose the nearest ServicePoint. With a pick-up, one of our couriers will collect your return shipment from you.

Once you’ve created a return label and sent it back to us, you can track your return. Look out for an email confirmation because we’ll let you know when your return is received and processed! We are unable to accept returns that have been opened or show signs that the product has been used.

If you want to send the package back without using our DHL services, then please send the package back to the below address by using a drop-off at your nearest post office location.

Contact our customer service via customerservice@mmabeauty.eu or by phone at +31 (0)20 299 8245. Operating hours are from 9am – 6pm CEST, 6 days a week, excluding major Dutch holidays.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
